FRESH PAINT.
A ROOM THAT FEELS LIKE YOU.
Interior painting for walls, ceilings, and trim. One room or a broader refresh—tell us what you have in mind.
INSIDE WORK.
THE SAME WORK ETHIC.
A color change, worn walls, or trim that needs attention can be the starting point. We review the rooms, existing finishes, access, and preparation needs before agreeing on the work and price.
Your written scope identifies the surfaces included, the agreed preparation, paint and finish choices, protection of nearby belongings, and cleanup. Tell us whether you will occupy the space while work is underway and what timing matters to you.

BEFORE THE FIRST COAT.
Show us the rooms
Share the location, room count, approximate dimensions, ceiling height, and photos of the surfaces.
Talk through the finish
Explain the colors, sheen, surfaces to keep, furniture arrangements, and your preferred timeline.
Agree on the work
We review preparation and access needs, then identify the tasks, materials, exclusions, and price in writing.
Tell us about peeling or damaged coatings, moisture damage, unusual textures, and the age of the home. Older or suspect coatings need review before any work that disturbs them; specialist work is arranged separately where required.
Can I request just one room?
Yes. Send the room size, surfaces you want painted, photos, and your timeline. We review smaller painting requests as well as broader interior refreshes.
Does painting include repairs or remodeling?
Only the preparation and painting listed in your written scope are included. Structural changes, electrical work, plumbing, remodeling, and specialist remediation are separate requests, not part of a painting estimate by default.
Do you remove lead paint or asbestos?
Lead or asbestos testing and removal are not part of DJRC’s painting service. Work involving older or suspect coatings must be reviewed for any required specialist assessment, certification, and work practices before it is offered or started.
Can I ask about interior work that is not listed?
Absolutely. Tell us your goal, even if you are unsure what to call the work. We will explain what we can take on and when a separately contracted professional is needed.
