Tractor & Equipment Work.
Machine-assisted material handling, gravel and rock spreading, and suitable property upkeep.
DO THE WORK.
RESPECT THE DETAILS.
When a maintenance job needs more than hand tools, we start with access, existing surfaces, nearby utilities, and the exact task.

Details that help us plan
Tell us whether the job involves digging, removing vegetation, changing ground levels, drainage, or preparation for construction. These details can change the approvals and contractor requirements.
An inquiry is a starting point. Availability, permissions, and any required licenses are checked for the actual work and address before DJRC makes a commitment.
How we get started
1. Send the location, photos, goals, and timeline.
2. We review the proposed work, access, and requirements.
3. If the job fits, we discuss a site visit and a written scope with clear inclusions and exclusions.
Begin Inquiry ↗Can you handle a larger equipment project?
Send the location, photos, approximate size, and your goal. We review what fits DJRC’s scope before agreeing to the work. Construction site preparation, regulated excavation, or drainage alterations must be reviewed separately.
What if part of the project needs a licensed contractor?
DJRC does not offer or contract for work requiring a contractor license we do not hold. That part must be contracted directly with an appropriately licensed business, separately from DJRC’s agreed scope.
Can I ask about a project that is not listed?
Absolutely. Tell us the broad picture, even if you are not sure which service it fits. We will explain what we can take on and what needs a different professional.
